Advanced Textile Connections: Samples of Work

The aim of this course is to enjoy the surprises and the effects of colour within fibre and cloth. Designed for textile artists working in any media, the focus will be on personal development; using the felt process as a form of exploring and discovery for new ideas and approaches.

Individual tutorials will encourage participants to extend their individual textile practice. To move forward with ideas or concepts for fashion, interiors or gallery work whether installations, wall works or 3D. Jeanette will give a Powerpoint presentation and demonstrate various art and textile techniques, alongside individual tutorials and group discussions.
